Thank you for shopping with SOK Battery. We are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at 📬  info@sunmaxsolary.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Return Window (🕒 30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

• Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

• Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

⚠️ Batteries that show signs of installation, use, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Return shipping addresses will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send products back without confirmation.

 Non-Returnable Items 

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or special-order batteries

• Items marked as final sale

• Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping 🚚

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Warranty Claims 🛠

If your battery is not functioning properly but falls within the warranty period, please contact us first — this may be handled as a warranty claim, not a return.
