Warranty policies are provided according to SOK Batteries and RUiXU official terms. Please refer to the below for full details.

• 7-Year Limited Warranty
  

• Covers BMS failures, abnormal capacity degradation, and internal cell issues
  

• Designed for long-term use in RVs, solar, and off-grid applications
  

✅ RUIXU Battery Warranty [Download RUiXU Warranty PDF]

• 10-Year Limited Warranty
  

• Covers communication issues (RS485/CAN), cell performance, and hybrid system integration failures
  

• Ideal for rack-mounted residential, commercial, and inverter-based systems

✅ Warranty Covers:

• Abnormal capacity loss under normal use
  

• BMS failure (including Bluetooth communication if applicable)
  

• Internal cell degradation (not caused by external damage)
  

❌ Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Physical damage from misuse, accidents, fire, or water
  

• Overcharge/discharge due to system misconfiguration
  

• Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or alterations

📦 Return Policy

• Unused items may be returned within 30 days (return shipping at buyer’s cost)
  

• Used or installed products are non-returnable, unless proven defective
  

• All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team
